"Great location - safe, calm, very close to the city centre of Paris by train RER. We managed to park our car in nearby Parking Indigo Vincennes Marigny Château for about 50€ for 4 nights. Check-in and -out very easy. Flat looks quite modern and is spacious enough for a couple or 3 people."

"The maintenance lacks a bit of attention to detail - for example: the toilet seat was completely loose, the door knob in the shower as well. Those things aren't difficult to fix, and one must register the problem once you clean them. Which means either one doesn't really care or (what's worse) no one cleans them between the visits. And to be very picky: only 1 (yes - one) teaspoon available? It's nice to offer dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, but what's the use if there are no dishwasher tablets and the coffee pads are for Philips, therefore not compatible. You can hardly expect the customers to bring their own or buy u bulk of many for just a few nights..."

"The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is fantastic, in a beautiful neighborhood (the center of Vincennes) 3 minutes from the metro to central Paris and the train to Disneyland."

"La polizia, la vicinanza con il parcheggio e la metropolitana, i negozi i locali vicini, la presenza di macchina per il caffè, doccia il lamandino funzionante, sacchetto dalle immondizia presente, lavatrice e ferro da stiro pure, Sapone per le mani sia in bagno che in cucina e sampo per il primo giorno in bagno. L'appartamento è da poco stato rinnovato quindi è molto accogliente"

"Местоположение квартиры очень хорошее, до центра Парижа было ехать на метро 15 минут. До метро идти минуты 3. Квартира была чистой и не маленькой, пространство было достаточно. Диван раскладывался и был очень даже удобным."

"Не работал телевизор и дверь в туалет не запиралась. Кстати не знаю насколько это минус, но в квартире скорее всего стоит бойлер для подогрева воду, иногда горячая вода кончалась и приходилась ждать. Дом старый и слышно как соседи разговаривают."
